To ensure your catering order is prepared for convenient and elegant inflight service, we offer several packaging and presentation options based on your aircraft, galley capabilities, and service preferences.
Microwave-Safe Containers: Entrées and accompaniments can be packaged in durable microwave-safe plastic containers for convenient reheating and onboard service.
Reheatable Aluminum Tins: Meals can be packaged in oven-ready aluminum tins, ideal for reheating in the aircraft oven. Aluminum containers should never be placed in a microwave.
Plated Presentation: For an elevated passenger experience, selections can be professionally plated and beautifully arranged on individual serviceware, ready for onboard presentation.
Silverware Options: Complete your meal service with your choice of real stainless-steel silverware for a premium presentation or high-quality disposable silver-look cutlery that provides the appearance of traditional silverware with the convenience of disposable service.
Please Note: When placing your order, please specify your preferred packaging and silverware options: Microwave-Safe, Aluminum/Oven-Ready, or Plated, along with Real Silverware or Disposable Silver-Look Cutlery.
